Homeowner requests we’ve already confirmed
Every request is checked with the homeowner before it reaches you. Choose your trades and ZIP codes, take requests on their own or shared with up to two other pros, and pay per request. An active CSLB license is required.
Is this really free?
Yes. It’s free for homeowners, and you’re never obligated to hire anyone. Contractors pay us a fee to receive project requests.
How many contractors will contact me?
It depends on how you answer the form. If you choose to compare prices, up to three licensed contractors may reach out with estimates. If you choose one pro, we connect you with one contractor.
Are the contractors licensed?
We only refer contractors who hold an active license with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), and we check each license before a contractor joins. We don’t guarantee any contractor’s work, so verify their license at cslb.ca.gov before you sign a contract.
Why do you contact me before a contractor does?
A quick confirmation makes sure you still want an estimate and that we send your request to the right trade, so you only hear from contractors who fit your project.
How is my information used?
We share your name, contact details and project details only with the contractor or contractors matched to your request, so they can reach out about it. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest, including how to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.
